Ana Rita Goes is a Clinical and Health Psychologist. She holds a PhD in Psychology (Health Psychology) and a Master's Degree in Public Health. She is an Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Human Sciences, UCP, where she coordinates the Master's Programme in the Psychology of Wellbeing and Health Promotion.
Her current research interests focus on the areas of early detection of developmental and behavioral problems, childhood sleep problems, childhood anxiety disorders, childhood obesity prevention, and parental determinants of the development of self-regulation.
As a clinical psychologist, she works with children and parents.
